AnnaMaya at Andaz Delhi hosts a Vietnamese Pop-Up in association with Hyatt Regency Danang

Andaz Delhi – Hyatt’s first luxury and lifestyle hotel in India is hosting a special Vietnamese Pop-Up at their modern foodhall, AnnaMaya, in association with Hyatt Regency Danang. The menu is live till 21st April 2024 and guests can indulge in an authentic Vietnamese culinary experience, which will be exclusively curated by Sous Chef Ms. Nquyen Thi Lua and Chef Vo Anh Thi from Hyatt Regency Danang. The Vietnamese Pop-Up at AnnaMaya promises an enticing array of appetisers, including Vietnamese Pancakes, Crispy Seafood Spring Rolls, and Five Spicy Lamb Skewers, among others. For the main course, guests can relish Vietnamese Chicken Bread, Crab Stir, Vietnamese Coconut Lamb Curry, and more, all crafted using authentic Vietnamese flavours and techniques. The cooling Coconut Pudding dessert will add a refreshingly sweet taste to your palate.
The menu starts at INR 800 plus taxes.

The dishes in Guppy’s Hanami festival menu are a beautiful amalgamation of colours and flavours of spring, just like the cherry blossoms that signify the festival. The Rainbow Roll, made from salmon, tuna, yellowtail, avocado, and crab, is a visual delight with its vibrant colours and a delicious mix of flavours. Similarly, the Vegetable Rainbow Sushi, made from cream cheese, asparagus, avocado, and shishito, is a perfect representation of the festival’s theme of celebrating the beauty of spring. The Tofu, Asparagus & Artichoke dish is a nod to the fresh produce that is abundant during spring. The Grilled Yuzu Khosla Fish, with its citrusy flavour, is reminiscent of the refreshing scent of blooming flowers.

Miami-based Chef Jason James Hudanish has curated a special pop-up at Amazonia, BKC, Mumbai. The dishes have been inspired by Brazilian, Peruvian, Japanese and Venezuelan flavours, with Chef Jason’s signature twists. The Hanami Festival At Izumi Assagao, Goa

Izumi Assagao, the award-winning Japanese restaurant, is welcoming spring with a Hanami Festival. Launching on Easter Sunday, the Hanami Festival will kick off with an Easter Picnic served on Sunday, March 31, 2024. Diners will enjoy a special menu of dishes like Mixed Non-Veg Sando; Veg Tempura Sando; Crab Croquettes; Salmon Teriyaki Onigirazu and Charred Avocado Onigirazu (Japanese rice ball). For Dessert diners can sample Fuji Tropica, coconut and pineapple sticky rice, cherry sorbet and coconut cloud; accompanied by a cocktail of the guest’s choice, options for which include Spring Wine, lychee vodka, sakura and prosecco; and Tokyo Dreams, whisky, amaretto, umeboshi shrub, and sencha tea. 
The Hanami Easter Picnic will encourage guests to celebrate Easter Sunday with this special menu, as well as usher in the beautiful cherry blossom season in Japan. The special menu will be served for brunch from 12:30-3:30 pm, accompanied by live music by the band Jazz Junction. 
The Hanami Festival will continue from April 1-7, 2024 for lunch and dinner, with this special menu being served alongside the restaurant’s regular menu.
